| Description | The Town of Old Orchard Beach is seeking proposals for Grounds Maintenance to include mowing, edging, aeration, tree rings, and weed control, located at the Veteran's Memorial Park. This Request for Proposal document does not define any contractual relationship between the selected respondent and the Town of Old Orchard Beach or obligate the Town of Old Orchard Beach to follow a set selection process. Any binding agreement between the Town of Old Orchard Beach and the successful respondent will be through a formal written agreement (contract) after the Town of Old Orchard Beach Town Council has made its selection. Please provide pricing for three (3) years: Year 1: July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024 Year 2: July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025 Year 3: July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026 Any additional information concerning the proposal should be directed to Tim Fleury, Executive Assistant to the Town Manager 207-937-5626 The Town reserves the right to waive any informality in the proposal, to accept any proposal, and, to reject any and all proposals, should it be deemed for the best interest of the Town to do so. |
