Pinal County Call Center Site Improvements

This project will include reworking the paved parking lot and the dirt lot to the west. Some of the parking island and the current ice machine will be removed or moved as needed to allow for more vehicular and truck parking. Some lighting poles will be relocated or removed some additional lighting poles will be required to allow for safer driving conditions in the work areas. The current dirt lot will be reworked to add asphalt and spaces for laydown areas, concrete pads will be added for both the refuge dumpsters, new fuel island, ice machines, and mini mobile. This work will require changes to the size and shape of current water retention areas and adding of a new dry well. This project will include adding a canopy (15’High X 20’ wide X 40’long) and storage (mini mobile 20’ long) for transportation to allow for easier vehicle maintenance. These items will also need concrete pads. A new electrical service will be installed and water will be required at the new canopy and the SRP owned and supplied Fuel Island. The fuel island will need conductivity for the EJ Ward fuel system and a wireless hot spot, this will require new SRP supplied fiber to be installed.
