| Description | The Scope of Work includes the removal of the existing EPDM roofing and rigid insulation down to the existing wood roof deck of the built in gutter section of the main roof of City Hall. New rigid polyiso insulation will be installed and a fully adhered EPDM roofing system for the existing built in gutter. Retrofit roof drains will be installed at locations that do not already have new/retrofit roof drains installed. A new roof access ladder will also be installed.
