The Project Includes a Single Story 47,000 Square-foot New Construction of an Advanced Manufacturing, Engineering Technology, and Apprenticeship Building, Consisting of Structural Steel, Bar Joists, and Membrane Roof. Sitework Will Include All New Entrance Roads, Landscaping, and Site Lighting. The Exterior of the Building Will Be Metal Panel, Masonry, and Glazed Storefront.
