Northwestern Water & Sewer District Bergin Street & Elm Tree Road Water Main Replacement

**As of June 22, 2023, bids rejected. No definite date for the rebid.** In general, the work consists of the replacement of approximately 1,425 feet of existing 8-inch water main with new 8-inch along East Elm Tree Road and approximately 1,100 feet of existing 8-inch water main with new 8-inch along Bergin Street. The work will also include the construction of a new manhole at the connection of the 8-inch sewer from the south to the 18-inch sewer running east and west near the bridge south of Elm Tree Road along Glenwood. The water main replacement work shall also include new fire hydrants, valves and water services including water meters and pits, and restoration of disturbed areas. Existing services are believed to include some lead water services.
