General Contractors for Construction Management/General Contracting (CMGC) services for Deschutes County’s North County Campus. Work will consist of remodeling approximately 9,218 square feet of an existing 1-story building to be a Behavioral Health Clinic, and minor remodel of existing 5,445 SF clinic on the main floor of an existing 2-story to accommodate Public Health, and a 9-11 back-up Call/Dispatch Center. The project will include parking and pedestrian circulation modifications and enhancements, site fencing, a new trash enclosure and the possible addition of an elevator and 236 NW Kingwood Avenue: 2,000 SF on the main floor of an existing 2-story to accommodate County Services. Project scope assumptions: full remodel of existing space.
