Description

Consultant will perform the tasks outlined below to assist the County in responding to the aftermath of Hurricane Irma and its impacts on approximately 117 canals in unincorporated Monroe County. The canals are as shown in Attachment A to this RFP. All activities will comply with the requirements of grant agreements from FDEP for GrantLP44074 and any applicable federal or State laws and local ordinances. Marine debris removal work may be performed in one to two locations simultaneously. NO TDMA management is allowed. In their proposal, the proposers should address how they are prepared to staff two vessels with one site monitor at the same time and, in their pricing, indicate if any economies of scale are recognized.
