Westminster Maintenance Shop - Janitorial

The Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT), State Highway Administration (SHA) is soliciting bids for a Contractor to provide janitorial services as outlined in this IFB at the Westminster Maintenance Shop. Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration 150 Wyndtryst Drive Westminster, MD 21157 It is the intent of MDOT SHA to use the services provided through this Contract for janitorial services throughout the buildings at the Westminster Maintenance Shop located at 150 Wyndtryst Drive, Westminster, MD 21157. This Contract provides for all labor, equipment, transportation, supervision, and any other items necessary to maintain a uniformly clean, hygienic, and orderly facility throughout all the buildings comprising the MDOT SHA Westminster Maintenance Shop. Mdot Sha will provide toilet tissue, paper towels, cleaning chemicals, hand soaps, and trash bags. Any other materials the contractor needs, will be the contractor's responsibility.
