Description

Scope of pavilion, building site placement&exterior amenities, and overall aesthetic to be guided, in general, by the “Low” Option within the Engberg Pre-Design Study (Exhibit 2). Building to be designed to LEED Silver Standards, but not pursue certification. Central Parking lot to be designed to construct appx. 240 stalls (appx. 75% of planned central parking lot), while planning & designing stormwater/grading/etc. with future expansion, and the overall masterplan, in mind. Design site for new central playground (but not the playground equipment itself), using Engberg Pre-Design study as a general guide. Coordinate with future Playground Vendor.
