| Description | The Veteran Integrated Service Network 4 (VISN 4) has a requirement for all labor, equipment, supplies, management and travel to perform Elevator Maintenance Inspection and Elevator Safety Testing Services at nine VA Medical Centers in Pennsylvania and Delaware. The Contractor shall plan, schedule and coordinate inspection services with designated VISN 4 personnel to provide inspection and safety testing services for 166 elevators, dumbwaiters, and other vertical transport equipment in accordance with this Statement of Work (SOW). A list of equipment requiring inspection and safety testing services is provided in Attachment 1- ELEVATOR EQUIPMENT. Elevator equipment may be added, removed or replaced from the contract at VISN 4 discretion at any time during the contract performance period. Any changes to the contract as a result of equipment changes shall be reflected in a mutually agreed upon written contract modification. |
