Two Dri-Steam Gas to Steam Humidifiers

Two gas fired steam humidification units, each being more efficient than the current existing units. Each unit to have new stand-alone humidity controls, not tied into the BAC center. Contractor will provide and include in the bid packet specific model information, warranty information and detailed specifications of proposed units. Installation to include all disassembly, removal, disposal, and installation of all related steam piping, natural gas line, electrical, and any miscellaneous material needed. Each unit to be connected to existing water filtration system, which is located near each unit. Price will include all required electrical and HVAC permits, if required. All work to be performed during normal business hours.

Division 03 -	Concrete, Concrete Reinforcing, Cast-in-Place Concrete.
Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing, Metal Decking.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
