| Description | 1. Contractor to prep, spot prime and paint selected corridor and port room walls (approximately 5,900 SF). 2. Contractor to lay out and apply stair step type graphic to walls from 4' down to floor. *This graphic is to be painted single blocks in the corridor only. Pattern to be approved onsite and to be a stair step pattern matching the accent colors on the floor* 3. Contractor to prep, spot prime and paint (10) corridor doors/frames and (110 LF) of handrail. 4. Contractor to prep, spot prime and paint CMU/sheetrock walls in (9) housing units (approximately 1,000 SF per each housing unit). 5. Contractor to prep, patch, spot prime and paint sheetrock ceilings in (9) housing units on the underside soffit only (approximately 450 SF per each housing unit). 6. Contractor to prep, spot prime and paint (117) door frames throughout (9) housing units. 7. Contractor to prep, spot prime and paint (27) metal tables throughout (9) housing units. |
