Description

Plans call for a workforce housing residential subdivision to include 17 single-family residential lots and the construction of three duplex accessory residential units to be constructed in phases. As of June 15, 2023, infrastructure is designed and is awaiting DEQ approval; no housing designs have been completed. Information regarding a general contractor has not been disclosed. A firm timeline for construction has not been established; however, Phase 1 construction is anticipated to begin in Spring 2024 to include infrastructure (road, water well and distribution, sewer) and a few houses.
