N--SDVOSB Set-Aside Elevator Inspections at Philadelphia VA Medical Center

The contractor shall provide all inspection, engineering, management, supervision, manpower, materials, supplies and equipment and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all inspection services for the elevators, dumbwaiters, and other vertical transport equipment of the Veterans Affairs Philadelphia VAMC located at 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104-4551 as stipulated in the Elevator Inventory. During the term in this contract, elevator equipment may be added or deleted from this contract as equipment is replaced, added or removed from service at the facilities. Any such change shall be reflected in a written modification to this contract, signed by the contractor and the Contracting Officer. The contractor shall inspect no-load, full-load, and special tests as required by A17.1 and A17.2, which shall be conducted by the elevator maintenance contractor for Philadelphia VAMC. The tests shall include, but not be limited to annual and five-year tests as required by A17.1. The Certification of Elevator Inspection shall be used to document the certification of the elevators. Load tests shall be included in the annual test for scheduled year that requires the load test.
