| Description | The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor, transportation and certifications necessary to perform transformer inspection, testing, preventive maintenance, and select forensic analysis for Building 848 transformers at Cannon AFB, NM. The contractor shall inspect and tighten all transformer windings in accordance with manufacturer's torque specifications for electrical connection in a manner that will not damage any transformer components. The contractor shall remove any foreign debris. |
