| Description | Power purchase agreement ("PPA") for the sale of solar photovoltaic electricity to various buildings owned by the BOE. The PPA will require the Successful Bidder to construct, own, operate, and maintain multiple solar photovoltaic energy systems (the "Solar PV System") to be installed on the rooftops of buildings for the purposes of generating solar electricity to be sold to the BOE at a fixed annual per kilowatt hour (kWh) rate for a term of fifteen (15) years (hereafter referred to as the "Project"). The RFP seeks a responsible bidder to construct and operate the Solar PV Systems on the rooftops and on canopies of five (5) buildings. The BOE has conducted a preliminary engineering analysis and estimated that the aggregate size of the Solar PV System will be approximately 3,833 kW dc. |
