AA VAMC The project consist of the renovation and modernization of hospital finishes in the corridors of Building 1E and a portion of Building 1W at VAAMC Ann Arbor MI. The renovations will result in new flooring, wall finishes, handrails, wayfinding elements, and selective ceiling replacement. The project will be completed in phases and the total work is 3,076 square feet. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, and equipment to perform general demolition, construction, alterations of wall partitions, doors, ceilings, flooring, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, as necessary to complete the renovation as shown and specified. Contractor to provide all labor, tools, equipment, and measure for Infection Control containments per VA ICRA requirements.
