Frable Road Stormwater Conveyance Project

Discussion and possible award will be on 7 p.m. October 4, 2022 at the Chestnut hill Township Municipal Building, 271 PA-715, Brodheadsville, PA 18322. The Project consists of the re profiling and extension of an existing storm water conveyance swale on the east side of Frable Road in Chestnut hill Township. The project includes regarding approximately 100 linear feet of an existing swale, the construction of approximately 490 linear feet of new swale, rock aprons and a driveway culvert. All associated E&S measures, dewatering, pavement, and site restoration are included in the Work. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, religion, colour, handicap, national origin, age or sex. Bids will remain subject to acceptance for the period of 90 days, but Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return the Bid security prior to the end of this period.
