HVAC Maintenance and Repair (Rebid)

It is the intent of this solicitation to contract with a single vendor for repair and maintenance of HVAC Components in all county-owned buildings. The Contractor is expected to safely and professionally provide repair, scheduled inspection, and maintenance services for the heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems for Pierce County. This work will be performed at various locations within Pierce County in conjunction with the County's needs to ensure these systems are operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week All work completed under the project is subject to prevailing wage laws in Chapter 39.12 RCW. Pierce County is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide repair, service, inspections for all County owned buildings across Pierce County. The County has approximately forty-four locations with HVAC needs across the County. No Pre-bid is planned for this bid opportunity All questions must be submitted online not later than 4:00 PM, Wednesday, October 7, 2022. The initial contract period will be for one year (with the option to renew for an additional year). Total contract time is not to exceed two years. Successful bidder must provide a Contract Bond for $1,000,000.00 for public works repair and maintenance contract and 5% Retainage will be held for the full contract period. Bid Bonds are required for this solicitation.
