| Description | The Town of Islip Affordable Housing Corp (TOIAHC) is requesting proposals for the provision of alarm maintenance and monitoring services for its Oakdale office, and at its four senior apartment complexes. There are currently 360 units of housing spread across four housing complexes. In addition, the TOIHA also wishes to cover its maintenance facilities and community rooms at each of its complexes.
