**As of November 17, 2022, project was awarded to Comfort Systems USA, awarded amount is $530,626.61* The Little Rock School District is requesting SEALED bids from qualified licensed contractors to provide for ROOFTOP DUCTWORK PROJECT at McDermott Elementary . Bid forms are available online. Interested bidders must register at the site to download bid forms and submit a bid electronically. This is the preferred method of submission. Bidders must conform to the requirements of the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Commercial Contractors. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities in bids received. Price alone may not be the determining factor. Award will be based upon those considerations, which are in the best interest of the District and will be made to the responsive, responsible bidder whose bid is judged to be the most effective and economical for the purpose intended, according to the requirements and specifications stated in the Invitation for Bids.
