Pumping and Hydrojetting of Grease Traps Services

PUMPING OF GREASE TRAPS -Vendor must measure grease solid levels, measuring pH and adding required microbial precuts to adjust pH to specific levels. -Vendor must evacuate all contents, scraping and rinsing walls of grease and grit traps, disposing of waste as per the requirements of the City of San Antonio, SAWS, Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission and other applicable regulatory agencies. -Each trap will be pumped once a quarter or four times per year. -The successful vendor shall submit an invoice for each location serviced accompanied by a SAWS manifest. Payment will be made quarterly after each cleaning. -Vendor must troubleshoot bad odors or problems as requested and make recommendations at no cost to the District. -Vendor must include literature with the proposal providing information about the treatment methodology. etc...
