| Description | Reference Number-0000315848 The City of Ellsworth is seeking proposals from qualified companies who are interested in providing Chip Seal services on various roads throughout the City as part of the 2023 Chip Seal Road List. The work shall consist of furnishing and applying a surface treatment followed immediately with a cover material. The roads to be surface treated will be those designated by the Ellsworth Street Department. The 2023 Road List for Chip Seal and specifications are provided in this RFP.
