Schaffer Canal Restoration

As of Sept 7 the project did not received bids. LAST DAY FOR QUESTIONS July 26, 2022 NO LATER THAN 11:00 A.M. All questions must be sent email to kvohwinkel@cohb.org. All questions will be answered addendum posted to the City portal. The City of Hallandale Beach (City) is seeking sealed Bids from qualified General Contractor(s) herein referred to as (Bidder) with experience in performing canal dredging and filling, canal bank restoration, and site civil work associated with the Schaffer Canal Restoration Project. The canal is located south of Pembroke Road between I-95 and US 1. More specifically, the project improvements are located south of SW 5th Street, east of SE 4th Avenue and north of SW 11th Street in the City. A location map is presented on the cover sheet of the enclosed engineering drawings. Contractor may perform work from 8:00 am through 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday five (5) days a week, excluding the Citys observed holidays, within the ninety (90) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. citys current estimate/budget $900,000.00

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Erosion and Sedimentation Controls.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
