| Description | To provide small and disadvanted waterworks in Virginia with no-cost leak detection services for their drinking water systems. The selected sub-recipient(s) will identify, with input from the Virginia Department of Health Office of Drinking Water, which waterworks require these services. Sub-recipients will utilize the proper tools and techniques to identify water leaks and loss within the water system and provide recommendations on how the utility’s staff can mitigate the leaks, and/or water loss. |
