The City of Redding (City) Community Services Department is soliciting proposals from professional engineering firms to study, develop, design, and make ready for public bid the Turtle Bay Boat Ramp Improvements Project. Improvements to be designed include a widened, two-lane boat ramp and a boating beach/non-motorized launch, additional parking, landscaping, ADA-compliant restroom, nonmotorized capacity and access improvements, The cut-off date and time for receiving questions regarding this RFP is 5:00 p.m. PST, on Monday, August 16, 2021.
