Description The City of Akron is soliciting proposals for the purchase and development of real estate parcel located at 250 N. Howard Street, Akron, OH, parcel number 6824877. The site offers an opportunity for development within the City of Akron. This commercial structure is located within the Hickory Corridor/Cascade Locks Urban Renewal Area. The City of Akron by this RFP, intends to sell a 1,846 square foot structure occupying 15,677 square feet of land for the purpose of developing retail/commercial uses. Information contained in the RFP is believed to be reliable; however, respondents should rely on their own experts. The City seeks a developer to purchase and develop a commercial facility on the northern edge of downtown Akron.
