The proposed contract action is for a firm-fixed-priced construction contract. The work consists of earthwork, rock removal, aggregate, drainage, surfacing, precast concrete block walls, and guardrail . NAICS Code 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction apply to this procurement with a size standard of $39.5 million. Estimated Price Range: Between $3 million and $5 million. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
