Balltown Road Asphalt and Storm Drain Repair

On-site there are multiple areas that need Asphalt repairs, those areas will be marked with orange spray paint. These areas must be ground down minimum of 2 inches for a new surfacing with top coat. There are also two storm drains that need to be repaired. Two storm drains can be inspected at the site visit. The removal of the waste that is made during the repairs will be the contractor’s responsibility and removed daily. The estimated square footage of resurfacing is 20,000 sq. ft. Square footage should be confirmed at the site visit. Striping will be needed in the main parking lot in front of building 1.
