Cgmp Facility Commissioning Services

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is soliciting competitive bids for a Commissioning Agent (CxA) to act as the Owner's Representative for the purpose of ensuring that all systems are commissioned, completed and functioning properly for a soon to be constructed cGMP facility. Also, the intent is to ensure that Roswell Park's staff has adequate system documentation and training. It is anticipated that the MEP commissioning period will be performed during the months of May through July 2024, however commissioning processes are expected to begin as early as the preconstruction phase and will continue throughout the construction schedule. Some commissioning will also be required during partial demolition of the 3rd floor of an existing building, where the cGMP facility will be constructed (anticipated April/May 2023) as we will impact existing HVAC systems of adjacent occupied spaces.
