Description

The Scope of Work shall include but not be limited to the following: Design an HVAC upgrade project which will extend the useful life of air handlers in the facility by possibly replacing coils, installing new condensate drip pans, installing dehumidification controls, replacing all pneumatic controls and devices with DDC controls, installing new isolation valves, installing pressure and temperature monitoring ports, and replacing some air handlers in their entirety due to limited access to perform maintenance
