| Description | The project is a code compliance upgrade and replacement of smoke alarms in 64 single, duplex, and multiplex dwellings throughout City of Menomonie. For privacy reasons the addresses are not given in the bidding phase. There are five typical types of duplexes, one tri-plex and several unique, single-family houses. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal The Work will be substantially complete on or before December 31, 2023, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before February 28, 2024. |
