Clay County Gun Range

The construction of a 30-position gun range with range masters tower, restrooms and storage building - including all finishes. Site work is to include demolition of any existing structure(s), foundation(s), walls, and fence. Selective tree removal, clearing and grubbing, stripping topsoil, new asphalt road construction, asphalt parking, drainage facilities including two wet detention ponds, a dry detention pond, associated storm sewer, inlets and other associated work. Construction of the range will involve significant earthwork to construct two 15-foot-tall side berms and one 30-foot-tall back-stop berm and associated field. Construction of concrete walkways. Construction of a drilled well, pump, associated appurtenances, and piping for potable water. Construction of a septic tank, drainage field and associated appurtenances and piping. Extension of electrical service and construction of site lighting.
