2022 Chiller Replacement at Wilson Elementary School

A. Remove and replace existing chilled water central plant equipment and piping to include air-cooled chillers, chilled water pumps, expansion tank, air separator, filter feeder, associated controls and associated outdoor and mechanical room indoor above-ground piping. B. Provide chilled water piping provisions for emergency chiller connection. C. Provide access for crane/rigging equipment to remove and install chillers. D. Electric heat tracing of outdoor chilled water piping. E. New chiller equipment concrete pad and new column pipe stands for outdoor piping and conduits. F. Testing, adjusting and balancing of new chillers and chilled water pumps. G. VFDs for new chilled water pumps. H. Replace electrical circuitry for connection to new chillers and pumps. I. Add electrical power for new electric heat tracing and new controls. J. Provide new chiller plant power meter. K. Commissioning of new chillers, chilled water pumps, piping, and associated electrical circuitry. The estimated construction budget is $567,000 which includes a $27,000 contingency.
