Nick Corwin Park Playground Renovation

As of August 22, 2022, project was awarded to D & J Landscape, Inc., awarded amount is $203,458.30. The work shall include installation of new playground equipment, wood fiber safety surfacing, concrete paths and curbs, seat walls, drainage, and landscaping. Any addenda will be sent to interested contractors by July 22, 2022. Bid results and a recommendation for board action will be presented at the Board Meeting of the Winnetka Park District Board of Commissioners on August 18, 2022 at 6:30 pm. The Winnetka Park District Board of Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids received according to its own judgment, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, reserves the right to accept only portions of each proposal and reject the remainder, and reserves the right to combine or separate any section or work if it is in the best public interest.
