Preventive service of PoolPak Dehumidifier Unit at Kennedy School

The work done under this contract includes the preventive maintenance of PoolPak dehumidification unit at the Kennedy School six (6) times per year. The Service will include the following: 1. Inspect fan belts for wear and replace as necessary. The contract includes up to three (3) belt changes, which is normal usage. 2. Adjust belt tension. 3. Lubricate fan bearings and check locking collars to make sure they are tight. 4. Inspect return and supply air filters and replace necessary. 5. Check compressor oil level. 6. Check and record system suction and discharge operating pressures. 7. Check refrigerant sight glasses for proper refrigerate charge. 8. Check fresh air, bypass and discharge air dampers for proper operation. 9. Check control panel for proper operation. Run unit in air heating, water heating, and dehumidification modes. 10. Check and record the following in the pool area: - Air Temperature. - Relative Humidity. - Pool water temperature. 11. Vendor’s authorized personnel will be allowed to carry the equipment in the school. 12. The vendor will be provided an access to circuit breakers and panel boards supplying the equipment and to service equipment i.e. removal of furniture, clearance of equipment of piping or structural members etc. 13. The vendor will be allowed to operate the equipment in accordance with the instructions of the manufacture. 14. The City will notify the vendor for any unusual operating conditions in the equipment.
