| Description | The Project generally includes: base bid includes approximately 95,000 SY of variable depth milling, 70 tons of bituminous base course paving; and 14,600 tons bituminous surface course paving of roadways, selective base repair, selective dense graded aggregate subbase repair, resetting of castings and valve boxes, selective concrete curb replacement, concrete gutter removal and replacement, handicap ramp replacement, selective bituminous and concrete driveway apron replacement, storm pipe reconstruction, inlet reconstruction, traffic striping, traffic signage replacement, and related appurtenances on Tabernacle Road, West Lake Avenue, Tudor Court, Scarlet Oaks Mews, Lakewood Avenue, Virginia Trail/Christopher’s Mill Road intersection, Mckendimen Road, North Lakeside Drive West, Jackson Road, Branin (Peacock) Road, Chestnut Road, Acorn Court, Park Road, Brace Road, Sycamore Drive & Aspen Court, and Hopewell Road/Sacagawea Trail intersection. Alternate Bid No. 1 includes 688 LF of elliptical stormwater pipe replacement and related appurtenances between Travistock Drive and North Lakeside Drive. |
