Pinnacle Park Lot 15

The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: site work and new construction of an 18,500 square foot office and warehouse building. As of February 16, 2023, this project is in the early planning stages, and is under review by the Town of Apex. A design/builder has been selected. A firm timeline has not been announced, however, construction is unlikely to begin prior to the first quarter of 2023.
