Braemar Ice Arena Roof Repair Project

The project consists of a variety of roof repair projects on the Braemar Ice Arena. The project is split into multiple alternate bids to allow the City to focus the available funds on the areas that have the greatest need for repair. The general scope of the repairs are as follows: Replace sealant at pipe penetrations. Repair flashings that have pulled away from the parapet. Provide insulation and flashings at existing exterior walls and parapets. Provide spray foam insulation at existing metal panels. Alternate to replace the roof at the refrigeration room building. Alternate to repair the roof at the refrigeration room building and add two roof drains. Add roof drain at existing south rink condenser location. Replace roof at two mechanical shaft locations.
