| Description | Scope of this project is to mill and pave approximately 2" HMA on various Essex County roads, replace existing pavement markings, sidewalk and curb work necessary for the installation of handicap ramps and detectable warning surfaces, loop detector work, sawing and sealing of joints in Hot Mix Asphalt overlay, drainage improvements including but not limited to reset, repair and reconstruct of inlets and manholes, cleaning of drainage structures, and other incidental improvements. Also, scope of this project includes but not limited to the installation of shoulder rumble strips on sections of Scotland Road from Randolph Pl. to South Orange Avenue, South Orange and installation of raised intersection, Speed Table Type Figure 15-F, (see Appendix B) at Scotland Road and Raymond Road. | ||||||
