Exterior Paint - Bradley, Rio Vista & Vermont Elementary Schools

Contractors must submit sealed bids at the District Office - Bid Box, located at 777 North F Street, San Bernardino, California 92410, at or after which time the District will open the bids and publicly read them aloud The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond if it is awarded the contract for the Project. Bidders must submit their Bid Form with cash, a cashier's check or a certified check payable to District, or a bid bond by an admitted surety insurer of not less than ten percent (10%) of their base Bid amount, including all additive alternates The District reserves the right to request additional information or documentation from the Contractor evidencing efforts to comply with the three percent (3%) DVBE participation goal The Project consists of, but not limited to, the following scope: Exterior Paint at 3 Sites: Bradley, Rio Vista & Vermont Elementary Schools.
