Crest Street Restroom Project

The scope of work includes the following as Indicated in the drawings and specifications: 1. Purchase, delivery and installation of a prefabricated restroom building. 2. Demolition of the existing restroom 3. Modification and extension of utilities into the site to serve the new restroom building 4. Limited demolition of sidewalk and existing paving 5. Restriping of Existing Spaces 6. Construction of the foundation for the prefabricated restroom unit 7. The setting of the restroom unit and associated electrical, water and sewer service connections 8. Improvements to provide an accessible walk connection to the restroom building 9. Installation of bike racks and landscaping.
