Tile for the Charleston Tennis Center

1. Scope of porcelain tile work includes: floors and walls in Men’s and Women’s Restrooms 2. Floor tile to be installed using thinset over Schluter Ditra cleavage membrane installed over cement mortar bed installed on existing concrete substrate. 3. Wall tile to be installed over Schluter Kerdi waterproofing installed over existing block walls. Wall tile should be installed at 7’ in the shower and 4’ on the rest of the bathroom walls. 4. Tile exposed edges should use Schluter Rondec Aluminum edge stip. No bullnose or base tile. 5. Demo existing showers and make each double shower one large single shower with no curb for easy accessibility. 6. Floor tiles should be 12 x 24 Creative Gray. Wall tiles should be 4 x 12 Artic White. Shower floor should be 2x2 Creative Gray. All grout should be Dove Gray epoxy grout.
