Professional Engineering Services

Scope of services includes, but is not limited to the following: • Preparation of plans, specifications, estimates, and reports for various road, grading, drainage plan and reports; street layout and design • Preparation of plans, specifications, estimates, and reports for Water and Wastewater projects • Preparation of plans, specifications, estimates, and reports from traffic studies and traffic signals • Preparation of plans, specifications, estimates, and reports for renovation projects on various City owned buildings • Technical Review and commentary on architectural and engineering plans submitted to the City by Applicants for development. Participation as necessary in Development Review Team (DRT) process and Planning Commission hearings related to such technical review. • Conducts inspections and evaluations on city owned buildings and infrastructure; submits reports on findings with recommendations, estimates, and possible funding sources • Conducts presentations and or submits status updates, to include timelines, on assigned projects to the City Manager and at times to Governing body via City Council Meetings
