Description

The work includes removal of soil that is impacted with volatile and semi volatile organic compounds (VOCs and SVOCs). The impacted soil will be excavated, transported, and disposed of at a licensed Type II disposal facility. Following excavation, the excavation will be lined with compacted lean clay followed by granular MDOT Class II Sand. Site restoration will consist of placement of surficial Portland cement concrete and hot mix asphalt pavements
