The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials and equipment needed to repair the steam condensate line at the Smithsonian Institution's Freer Gallery of Art located at 1050 Independence Avenue SW, Washington, DC 20560. The Work includes, but is not limited to: Removal and replacement of existing steam condensate piping. Removal and replacement of existing mechanical equipment. Restorative landscaping and hardscape.
