| Description | Repair and stabilization work to address numerous deficiencies in the rear building envelope including, but not limited to: masonry removal and rebuilding, graffiti removal, tuckpointing, and masonry reconstruction. This work will be completed in two phases. Phase I includes dismantling the failing southern interior masonry wall; constructing a new wall with CMU and brick veneer demolishing the rear 15’ of roof structure for the wall; rebuilding the new roof structure. Phase II includes reconstructing the top courses of masonry on the east and west elevations of the southern portion of the building, which consists of window and door headers.
