Forms are in Bid Packages. FHC needs these units completed in a timely manner, so Calendar days for completion will be 240 days from Notice to Proceed to complete the work. Bids must be submitted on forms furnished by the FHC and shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, if the bid price is over $25,000.00.
