| Description | To provide: HVAC and Electrical Upgrades at Manila Elementary School. Existing HVAC system to be removed and replaced with an upgraded automatic temperature control system as indicated on drawings and within the specifications. Provision and installation of all new control valves and VFD’s. Removing existing fire sprinkler heads, and installation of an automatic fire sprinkler system is to be installed throughout the entire building in accordance with NFPA 12. Existing ceilings, lighting fixtures, speakers, to be removed and replaced. Existing radiant heaters paneling, mechanical diffusers, and intake vents to be removed. |
