Lake County ATV Trail Emergency Response Support

The work for which bids are asked includes the following: Repair of storm damaged trails and culverts on the Lake County ATV trails. Funding, in whole or in part, for this Project is through a Public Assistance Program grant from FEMA therefore all provisions of 2 CFR 200.317 through 200.326 under the Uniform Administrative Requirements ("Uniform Rules") apply to this Project. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least of the amount bid, payable to the OWNER as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. 332 W. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
